My name is Georgia and I am a Craniosacral practitioner, dancer and teacher. I work with the terrain of the body through listening, movement and touch.
My experience has been that the body is the portal through which we can gain access to a more total experience of what it means to be human, it is a sight of transformation, of joy and of connection. I have always been drawn to natural spaces and places where I feel held and supported by the Earth, and across my studies I have been reminded time and time again that we are not separate from this, and that this is all living with us too, I enjoy guiding people back to this through practice and one-to-one Craniosacral sessions.
I’m originally from New Zealand I am currently working in Melbourne. I value presence and work from a deep embodied space, knowing that sensing, feeling and attunement engage the wisdom of the body and bring true healing.
Craniosacral work aligns with my understanding that the body is constantly communicating with us and if we slow down and listen to what it has to say, it begins to open up, untangle the stories and patterns it has been holding to find more ease and flow, physically, mentally and emotionally. This holistic practice is rooted in the ever-changing nature of all things, bringing restoration and transformation through harmony with this.
This has been an incredibly supportive practice for me over the last decade working as a contemporary dancer, helping nourish me through physical pain and injuries, stress, emotional processing and nervous system regulation too. I love this holistic approach with people and love to share it.
